”Our stay at [Tijili Hotel ] was, overall, very pleasant. The highlight was definitely the [ incredible breakfast buffet], which offered a huge variety of delicious options, and the service staff Yona in the lobby were attentive. Our room was modern. The hotel’s proximity to near by beach made getting around incredibly easy. I would recommend this hotel for travelers prioritizing for beach view and restaurant dinner at beach

"Enjoy morning with sunrise on the East coast"
A wonderful hotel in Benoa. Check in slightly different, they’re 3:00. So we have to wait long in the lobby. The receptionist is pretty friendly. There is a welcome drink delivered to the lobby on a limited basis and it seems only to certain guests. Stayed 3 nights in room 548, sea view. Breakfast at the Bambu Restaurant, don’t forget to bring a coupon. Fitness center on the 6th floor, good. Early check out with meal box.

Great family resort with excellent facilities. The staff are very friendly especially Ayu who made our stay truly memorable. The rooms are very comfortable and serviced every day. The resort has three swimming pools including a rooftop pool, gym and day spa. Highly recommend a stay here.

"Wonderful Birthday Stay at Tijili Benoa!"
I stayed at Tijili Benoa during my birthday and had a very pleasant experience. I was delighted to receive an upgrade to a courtyard room, which offered direct access to the swimming pool and garden—such a lovely surprise!
The kids had a fantastic time enjoying the pool and the playground area. There’s plenty of space for them to explore, and the beach area is clean and well-maintained.
The staff were truly wonderful throughout our stay. A special mention to Yona at reception for her warm hospitality, and to the lovely lady at the kids club. Highly recommend Tijili Benoa for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

"A pleasant and relaxing stay"
From the moment I was greeted by Yona on the front desk, I knew I was going to have a great experience at the Tijili Benoa. All the staff including Ayu, Buyu, Putri and Angela were focused on giving the best possible customer experience and they certainly did that. Any issues were quickly resolved and nothing seemed to be a drama. I was having trouble with the wifi dropping in and out in my room after a minor power outage. The front desk quickly responded and the IT gentleman placed an additional router in my room. No fuss, just every interaction I had was to ensure that I was looked after.

I spent 6 days here and everything was perfect. the ladies are delightful Arista, Ayin, Putri, Angel and Ayu water sports, motorbike rental, restaurants, shopping mall, everything nearby. Many beautiful beaches are easily accessible from here.
