1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Tijili Benoa (“Hotel”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (www.tijilihotels.com/tijili-benoa), our mobile applications, and your stay, bookings, events, dining, and other services at Tijili Benoa (located at Jl. Pratama No.62, Tanjung Benoa, South Kuta, Badung, Bali).
By accessing our website, making a reservation, or checking into our hotel, you (“Guest”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with your booking or stay.
These Terms apply to all guests, visitors, contractors, and event attendees at Tijili Benoa.
2. DEFINITIONS

| Package | Any special offer, promotion, or inclusive rate offered by the Hotel. |
| Force Majeure | Unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics/epidemics, government orders, war, terrorism, strikes, or extreme weather. |
3. BOOKING AND RESERVATION

3.2 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation (email or WhatsApp) from us.

For online bookings, confirmation is automatic upon completion of payment (if required) or submission of credit card details.
3.3 Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking, including:

Full name of all guests (as per passport/ID);

Valid contact information (email, phone, WhatsApp);

Arrival and departure dates;
-
Number of adults and children (with ages);
-
Special requests (dietary, accessibility, etc.).
Any inaccurate information may result in cancellation or additional charges.
4. PAYMENT, DEPOSITS, AND PRICING
4.1 Room Rates

All room rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated.

Rates are subject to 10% government tax, 11% service charge, and any applicable levies (e.g., tourism levy) as required by Balinese or Indonesian regulations.

Rates are valid for the specific dates and room category booked. Any changes to dates or room type may affect the rate.
4.2 Deposit Policy

4.3 Payment Methods

4.4 Credit Card Security
Your credit card information is processed through PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways. We do not store full credit card numbers.
4.5 Price Errors
In the event of a clearly incorrect price (e.g., technical error), we reserve the right to cancel the booking and offer you a full refund or the correct rate.
5. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Identification: All guests aged 18 and above must present a valid passport (foreign nationals) or KTP (Indonesian citizens) at check-in. Copies will be retained for legal and security purposes (in compliance with Indonesian immigration and hotel laws).
6. CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW
6.1 Standard Cancellation Policy (Flexible Rate)

Cancellation more than 7 days before arrival: Free of charge.

Cancellation 3 to 7 days before arrival: 50% of total booking value.

Cancellation less than 3 days before arrival: 100% of total booking value.

No-show: 100% of total booking value charged.
6.2 Non-Refundable Rates (Advance Purchase)

Full prepayment is required at time of booking.

Cancellations, modifications, or no-shows are non-refundable.
6.3 Packages and Promotions

Cancellation policies for specific packages (e.g., PayDay Flash Sale, Anniversary Sale, Long Stay) are stated in the package terms. In case of conflict, package-specific terms prevail.
6.4 Group Bookings (5+ rooms)

Deposits are non-refundable.

Final rooming list and any reductions due at least 30 days before arrival. Reductions after that date may incur charges.
6.5 Events, Weddings, and Meetings

Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation charges apply as per the event contract:

90+ days before event: loss of deposit only

60–89 days: 50% of total event cost

30–59 days: 75% of total event cost

Less than 30 days: 100% of total event cost

Phone cancellations are not accepted unless confirmed in writing.
7. CHILDREN AND EXTRA BED POLICY

Maximum occupancy per room is 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children (under 12).
8. GUEST CONDUCT AND RESPONSIBILITIES
8.1 General Conduct

You are expected to behave respectfully toward our staff, other guests, and the property.

Loud, disruptive, or illegal behavior may result in eviction without refund.

No smoking inside rooms (including on balconies). Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. A cleaning fee of IDR 2,000,000 will be charged for violations.
8.2 Damage to Property
You are liable for any loss or damage to hotel property (including furniture, linens, towels, electronic equipment, and artwork) caused by you or your guests. Charges will be applied to your credit card or billed directly.
8.3 Lost Property

Found items will be kept for 90 days. After that, unclaimed items will be disposed of or donated.

We are not responsible for valuables left unattended in public areas. Please use the in-room safe deposit box.
8.4 Visitation and Outside Guests

Outside visitors are permitted only in public areas (restaurant, lobby, pool) with prior notification to the front desk.

Overnight visitors not registered at check-in will be charged an extra person fee.
9. FACILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
9.1 Swimming Pool

Pool hours: 07:00 – 22:00 daily.
-
No glassware, outside food/drinks, or diving permitted.
-
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
9.2 Kids Club
-
Hours: 08:00 – 20:00 daily.
-
Children must be signed in and out by a parent/guardian.
-
We are not responsible for unsupervised children.
9.3 Gym

Hours: 06:00 – 22:00 daily.
-
Users must be at least 16 years old (or accompanied by a parent/guardian).
9.4 Spa

Operating hours: 10:00 – 22:00.

Advance booking is required.
-
Cancellations within 2 hours of appointment incur 50% charge.
9.5 Buggy Shuttle (Free)

Shuttle service to nearby attractions (beach clubs, water sports center) is available on a scheduled basis.
-
Service is subject to availability and may not be available during peak occupancy.
9.6 Beach Access

The hotel provides direct access to Tanjung Benoa beach.

Beach activities (water sports, banana boat, jet ski, etc.) are operated by third-party vendors. The hotel is not liable for injuries or losses arising from third-party activities.
10. DINING AND BEVERAGE POLICIES
10.1 Restaurant Hours

Kakatua Café: Breakfast 07:00–10:30, Lunch 12:00–15:00, Dinner 18:00–22:00

Warung Bamboo: Lunch 12:00–15:00, Dinner 18:00–22:00

Sea Breeze Rooftop Pool Bar: 10:00–22:00 (beverages only)
10.2 Outside Food and Beverage

Outside food and beverages are not permitted in restaurants or pool areas.
-
A corkage fee of IDR 200,000 per bottle applies for wine or spirits brought from outside and consumed in our restaurants.
10.3 All-Inclusive Package Rules (If Applicable)

All-inclusive meals and beverages are only valid at designated outlets (Warung Bamboo, Kakatua Café, Sea Breeze).

Room service and mini-bar items are not included.
-
Buffet is only available when minimum 30 guests are present; otherwise à la carte will be served.
11. EVENTS, WEDDINGS, AND MEETINGS
11.1 Booking and Contracts
All events require a signed Event Contract and payment of deposit (50%) to secure the date.
11.2 Outside Vendors

You may bring external vendors (e.g., photographers, florists) only with prior written approval from our events team.
-
An additional vendor fee of IDR 1,000,000 may apply for non-preferred vendors.
11.3 Venue Capacity

Main Beach Venue: Maximum 150 persons (seated) / 250 persons (standing)
-
Meeting Room: Maximum 30 persons
-
Restaurant (full buyout): Maximum 100 persons
11.4 Noise and Timing
-
Events with live music or amplified sound must end by 22:00 WITA.
-
Weddings or parties beyond 22:00 require prior approval (additional fees may apply).
12. PARKING
-
Free parking is available for hotel guests (1 car per room, subject to availability).
-
The hotel is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss of vehicles or personal belongings left in vehicles.
13. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performance due to Force Majeure events, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis);
-
Pandemics, epidemics, or government-imposed travel restrictions;
-
War, terrorism, civil unrest;
-
Strikes or labor disputes;
-
Extreme weather affecting travel to/from Bali.
In such cases:
-
The Hotel will offer either a voucher for future stay (valid for 12 months) or a full refund, at the Hotel’s discretion.
-
No additional compensation or consequential damages will be paid.
14. LIABILITY
14.1 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law:

Our liability for any loss or damage arising from your stay or use of our facilities is limited to the total amount paid by you for the booking or stay.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost vacation time, disappointment, missed flights).
14.2 Guest Property
We strongly recommend using the in-room safe. We are not responsible for loss or theft of cash, jewelry, electronics, or other valuables left unattended in rooms or public areas.
14.3 Third-Party Services
We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from third-party services (e.g., water sports operators, tour companies, transportation providers) arranged by us as a convenience.
14.4 Guest Health
You are responsible for your own health and physical abilities when using our facilities (pool, gym, spa, beach). If you have medical conditions, consult your doctor before using these facilities.
15. PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING

Guests may take personal photos/videos for private use.

Professional or commercial photography/videography on hotel premises (including for weddings, content creation, social media influencers) requires prior written permission from hotel management.

The Hotel reserves the right to use photos of events, weddings, and public areas for marketing purposes. If you object, please inform us in writing.
16. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
We may modify these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the top indicates when changes were made. Material changes will be communicated via our website or email to guests with active bookings.
Your continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
17.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
17.2 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your stay at Tijili Benoa shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through negotiation.
If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the District Court of Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
